I started building online in 1995, back when most businesses did not understand what the internet would become. What started as curiosity turned into decades of work around architecture, scale, performance, and digital assets that keep value.

My approach is simple. Architecture first. Tools second. I design the structure so it runs clean, stays maintainable, and can grow without breaking when traffic, content, or operations expand.

I am best known for building and operating large scale communities and platforms that hold attention over time. Community is not an accident. It comes from structure, rules, culture, and consistent execution.

I founded TheHullTruth.com in 2001. It grew into the largest boating and fishing forum in the world with more than 450,000 members and over 16 million posts.

I created and moderate Florida Real Estate Hub, now approaching 100,000 members and growing daily through disciplined moderation, clear posting standards, and systems that keep the community useful instead of noisy.

In 2009 I launched InletCam.com, a Florida live streaming inlet camera network built before streaming was mainstream. It helped boaters make decisions using real time conditions, and it proved how powerful simple utility platforms can become.

Real Estate, Media, and Marketing Execution

I am a licensed Florida real estate agent since 2014, and I also run a real estate photography and media operation. That combination gives me a practical perspective on what actually moves buyers and sellers, and what content matters in the field.

My work includes real estate media, marketing structure, event coverage, and production work for large scale clients and venues, including SunFest and other major productions. I focus on producing clean assets that match the business goal, not just pretty content.

Domain Strategy and Digital Assets

Domains are digital real estate. I have been acquiring, building, and managing domain assets since the early 2000s. I help clients buy, transfer, and set up domains the right way with clean DNS records, minimal downtime, and clear ownership.

Music and Performance Background

Alongside my work in internet development and media production, I have performed professionally as a drummer for many years. My band has shared stages with Jimmy Buffett, and I have participated in reunion performances with original recording artists including Tommy Roe, Peggy March, and Dion.

Working in live music and stage production provides a unique perspective on audience engagement, timing, presentation, and energy. Those same principles influence how I approach media production, storytelling, and digital experiences online.
